Gray Muzzle Society is operated entirely by volunteers, and governed by a volunteer board of directors. Whether you’re able to dedicate an hour a week, or an entire day, we have something for you. You can join us, and make a difference for the animals who need us most.

Volunteer Positions
Volunteer/Foster Coordinator
Join us as a volunteer and foster coordinator! You’ll recruit, oversee, and onboard volunteers and foster parents. Help track foster home availability/preferences and keep annual home inspections updated. Estimated weekly commitment: 1-3 hours. Ability to travel in the Metro-Denver/Boulder region to perform home inspections on occasion preferred, but not required.
Social Media
We need social media savy volunteers to help expand our online presence. Post on Gray Muzzle Society’s social media to increase awareness, reach, and engagement. Track trends and impressions. Estimated weekly commitment: 15 minutes-2 hours. Must commit to make one post on all platforms weekly.
Accounting/Bookkeeping
Track donations and expenditures. Organize finances. Estimated weekly commitment: 1-2 hours.
Animal Transport
Drive animals to/from foster homes and appointments. Pick up animals from shelters. Estimated weekly commitment: 1-2 hours. Must have a safe, reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
Data Entry
Enter information from paper documents into ShelterLuv software. Estimated weekly commmitment: 1-2 hours monthly.
